    The Istel Care System allows for quick access to Blood Glucose Level, Blood Pressure, Weight and Body Temperature results for even more effective monitoring of Patient’s health. It allows the Patient to easily and safely share the results with the Doctor or Caregiver. It is equipped with classic and hourly logs with coloured markings of measurements for easier interpretation of the results. You can also carry out analyses on the basis of useful graphs such as: Ambulatory Glucose Profile, Line Graph, Standard Deviation Graph or Pie Chart.

    You can do this at www.istelcare.pl by selecting the “Create account” button and then the profile: Doctor or Medical Staff.

    To read the data from the Glucose Meter, set the correct date and time.

    You can log in to your account at any time and complete registration. The message “Your account is inactive. Click "Activate your account” and an activation code will be sent to your phone number.

    Click “Forgot your password?”. A window will appear where you must enter your phone number used in the Istel Care System. You will receive a text message with a code that will allow you to set a new password. Make sure you have your phone on hand.
