Bluetooth devices can easily be paired with the Istel Health Application, while devices without this functionality may be connected directly to a PC via cable.

You can now send your test results to your Istel Care Account and share them with your Doctor or Caregiver who already has an Istel Care Account.

What are the advantages of using the Istel Care System?

The Istel Care System allows for quick access to Blood Glucose Level, Blood Pressure, Weight and Body Temperature results for even more effective monitoring of Patient’s health. It allows the Patient to easily and safely share the results with the Doctor or Caregiver. It is equipped with classic and hourly logs with coloured markings of measurements for easier interpretation of the results. You can also carry out analyses on the basis of useful graphs such as: Ambulatory Glucose Profile, Line Graph, Standard Deviation Graph or Pie Chart.

How can I register in the Istel Care System?
There are 2 options to do that: via www.istelcare.pl or via the Istel Health Application. Measurements from your medical devices will be stored in one place with the possibility of being shared with your Doctor or Caregiverr.
Where can I download the ISTEL HEALTH Application from?
The Istel Health Application can be downloaded to Android from Google Play, or to iOS from the App Store.

Is my data safe and secure?
Data stored in the system is protected in line with the applicable GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679) standards and guidelines.
How do I complete registration if I don't manage to enter the activation code and leave the System?
You can log in to your account at any time and complete registration. The message “Your account is inactive. Click "Activate your account” and an activation code will be sent to your phone number.
I forgot my password. How can I log in?
If you forgot your password, click on the message “Forgot your password?”. A window will appear where you must enter the phone number used in the Istel Care system. You will receive a text message with a code for setting a new password. Make sure you have your phone at hand.
Can I revoke my Doctor's or Caregiver's access to my data/account?
Yes, it is possible. Go to the “Sharing management” tab and then select “Revoke access”.
