INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PATIENTS
ADDING A MEASUREMENT MANUALLY
To add a measurement manually, click on the ADD NEW MEASUREMENT button.
When you click on it, a form will appear where you can enter the data:
Measurement Date (see 1)Measurement Time (see 2)
Systolic pressure (see 3)
Diastolic pressure (see 4)
Pulse (see 5)
Notes (see 8)
Irregular pulse slider (see 7) - sliding it indicates the measurement result during which an irregular pulse occurred.
