FOR PATIENTS

ACCOUNT UPGRADE

Patient may upgrade his account with the Physician/Medical Staff account. After clicking on your NAME and SURNAME in the upper right corner and selecting SETTINGS (see 1), select UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT (see 2) in the ACCOUNT TYPE section.

A form will appear, which should be filled with the missing data, i.e. the medical licence number (PWZ) (see 3) and data of the medical facility. Accept the terms and conditions and click on UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT button (see 4).

Log in to the created Physician/Medical Staff account using the existing login data for the Patient account.
