INSTRUCTIONS
FOR PATIENTS
ASSIGNING THE METER TO ANOTHER PATIENT
The system allows to change the Patient to whom the meter is assigned. To do that:
1. Connect the meter to the PC.
2. Click on the CHANGE Patient button in the Patient section.
3. A message asking whether you want to change the assigned Patient will appear.
4. Click CONTINUE to confirm the change.
5. The pairing of a glucose meter with the previously assigned Patient Chart will be removed and, at the same time, the “Users” view will appear.
6. From the “Users” view you can select a new Patient and assign his/her to the meter. To do this, click on the PAIR METER button.

If on the Users list there is no Patient you want to assign the meter to, it means that the Patient has not yet made his Patient Chart available to you. Access process is described in Patients tab.
